Academy Director and Head Coach: Liam Storey             

Liam is a Men’s County Tennis Player for Cornwall and was ranked 64 in Britain for Men’s singles. He has just graduated from the University of Bath with an upper second class honours degree in BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science. The highlight of his playing career was beating Andy and Jamie Murray at doubles (current GB Davis Cup doubles team) as a junior. He has worked  closely with many Cornish Junior County players and has a wide range of coaching experience with all ages and abilities. He is currently an LTA Level 4 Licensed Tennis Coach (CCA).

Tennis Coach: Graham Rickard

Graham, 42 years old, has worked in finance in a career spanning 25 years. Married for 20 years, he has 2 teenage sons; a keen sportsman, he has always particularly enjoyed tennis, football & swimming. In having played tennis as a club player for many years, he views the game as a great way to keep fit & enjoy some healthy social competition. Graham has recently obtained his LTA Level 1 qualification & he is very keen to heighten the profile of tennis locally & encourage more children to take up this wonderful game in South Torbay, Brixham & the South Hams.

Assistant Coach: Beth Scorer

Beth was a successful Devon Junior Tennis Player and has won the local Junior and Senior Regatta Ladies Singles Titles many times. She graduated from the University of Bath with a first class honours degree in BSc (Hons) Mathematical Sciences. She will be assisting Liam with some of the Academy squad sessions and with administrative matters. She is currently a Level 1 Tennis Coach (TA).
